Jams & Honey

Petra estate-grown Kalamata olives, together with tomatoes and chilli are the raw ingredients we use for our range of jams. These unique condiments have a sweet/salty flavour that is a great accompaniment to a cheese platter and white meat dishes.

And our dedicated ‘down south’ bees have produced some wonderful local honey for you.
