 Booking at Petra involves a few steps...

  • We recommend using a computer or laptop to submit your Booking Request. 
  • Please ensure you click through and complete the entire Booking Form process.
  • Click HERE or use the button below to submit your Booking Request and securely enter your credit card details (Visa/Mastercard only)*
  • Petra maintains the very highest standards of online security for your protection* (unlike some others)

WHEN YOU SUBMIT A BOOKING REQUEST

  • We endeavour to process all booking requests within 24 hours
  • Your booking is secured once we successfully process your payment. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email (see below)
  • Current Petra Rates and applicable charges will apply at the date of your booking request
  • An administration fee may apply if your payment is declined or a manual payment reprocess is required by phone

NOTE: If you are a previous Petra guest and use the same email address for your new booking, you will have an account with us and your personal details will auto-fill. If you have lost your login details, simply click 'reset your password' on the Booking Form, to receive new login details.

NOTE: If you are requesting a Queen Chalet, you are welcome to request and we try our best to allocate your preferred queen chalet, however
- Petra reserves the right to allocate queen chalets
- When allocating queen chalets, our considerations include: other bookings/dogs staying; availability of contract cleaners, etc
- This may include changing the allocation of queen chalets after your booking (although this rarely happens, it is possible)

We can guarantee your preferred chalet for 
- King Unit 4 bookings
- King Unit 5 bookings
- Queen Units 1, 2, 3 bookings for minimum 4 nights

BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Your Booking Confirmation Email contains all the information you need for your arrival and stay at Petra. Please Save/Print your Booking Confirmation prior to arrival, as all our accommodation is self-check in. 

Your Booking Confirmation Email contains the following important information: 

  • Directions to Petra Estate and your accommodation
  • Door Entry Key Code and instructions for entering your accommodation
  • Check-in: any time from 2pm (door entry keypads are activated at 2pm)
  • Checkout: by 10am sharp
  • Our phone number - please save in your phone in case you need to contact us by phone.
    NOTE: If you do not receive a Booking Confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder, or phone us.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • We recommend that you use a computer or laptop to submit your Booking Request
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard only
  • The Total Accommodation Tariff Payment secures your booking, as per the Current Rates Table
  • Please ensure you enter your credit card details correctly
  • We reserve the right to charge the applicable Current Rates as at the date of Requesting a Booking. Any rates/tariffs previously quoted by Petra by email or phone may not apply.

*Petra Booking System and Security

  • Petra uses leading payment gateway CBA's eWAY to ensure the privacy of cardholder data.
  • CBA's eWAY manages complex routing of sensitive customer information through the sophisticated electronic credit card processing networks to ensure the privacy of your sensitive cardholder data. 
  • Never email your credit card details to us (or anyone)
  • Petra's Booking System ensures the highest protection of your personal data/information (more time consuming but much safer than many other online booking systems). We are investigating more user-friendly online booking systems that will ensure continued high security standards and enable us to keep our rates as attractive as possible. Petra has operated securely and successfully for 20 years without any guests/customers private data information ever being compromised.
  • An admin fee applies ($10-20) if your payment is declined and/or we need to reprocess/complete payment manually by phone.
