A Petra invention, our Black Oil is made with Kalamata olives, that have been turned into a paste and emulsified with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It’s like liquid olives!
If you’re after that Kalamata olive hit, and don’t have any to hand - this is just as good, some might say better.
Fantastic on pasta, salads (think caprese or nicoise), on soups or just for dipping bread. Delicious!
