Petra Extra Virgin Olive Oils are expertly created from olives grown, pressed and bottled on the Estate. Single estate oils have characteristic flavours and aromas unique to to our Margaret River micro climate. The olive fruit is pressed within 24 hours of the harvest, stored in vaccuum stainless steel tanks and bottled in small batches to preserve quality and freshness.
